Most association platforms treat the board as a separate portal or a separate subscription. In Coalitiq, a director's committee seats, attendance, packets and votes sit beside their dues and event history. When membership changes, the board record knows.

"Contacts" means people you can email: active, subscribed and not bounced, measured as your highest count in the last 90 days. If you stay above your plan for three months in a row, we move you up at the next billing date, never mid-term.

Your records and your money stay yours.
Payments go to your organization's own Stripe account, so your payment history and payouts stay with you whatever happens to your subscription.
Export contacts, registrations and reports to CSV at any time. A full export of your records is available on request, at no charge, including if you leave.
Built by people who run associations.
Coalitiq is built by Samerica Consulting Group, a Texas firm that runs operations for coalitions and associations. It started as the system for one employer health coalition and runs their membership, conference and board work today.
Every table is protected by row-level security, and board votes and consent changes keep an append-only audit trail.
Frequently asked
Can you move our records from our current system?
Yes. Onboarding includes moving your contacts, organizations, members and history from spreadsheets or your current system's exports. We run a test import first so your staff can check it before you switch.
Do we have to sign a long contract?
No. Plans are billed monthly. Founding organizations can choose annual billing to get two months free and a 24-month price lock.
Do board members need paid seats?
No. There are no per-seat charges for staff, board members or committee members.
Can our members pay online?
Yes. Members pay event registrations and invoices by card through your own Stripe account. Online renewal checkout is on the roadmap.
Does Coalitiq work with QuickBooks?
Not yet. QuickBooks Online sync is on the roadmap. Today you can export payments and invoices to CSV for your bookkeeper.
